Dr. Andreas Grammling is an experienced Real Estate and Corporate/M&A lawyer.
Andreas has specialised in comprehensively advising clients in real estate transactions (asset and share deals) for many years. Apart from due diligence, contract design and negotiation across all real estate sectors (commercial as well as residential), this also includes the structuring of the transaction. He additionally provides advice on project developments and all aspects of asset management, especially with regard to tenancy and land law. His clients include national and international investors, real estate developers, asset and fund managers.
An additional focus of his practice lies in Corporate/M&A. Andreas has a broad corporate law practice with a focus on the creation and implementation of corporate structures and transactional work. He further serves domestic and foreign clients as an external in-house counsel and covers all areas of corporate housekeeping in Germany.
Andreas studied law at the University of Mannheim (Germany) and the University of Gothenburg (Sweden). After passing the first state law examination, he completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt with stations at the international law firm Allen & Overy LLP in Frankfurt and Mannheim as well as at the Federation of German Industries (BDI) in Berlin.
Andreas started his professional career as a lawyer at the leading, independent European law firm GSK Stockmann, where he advised his clients mainly in the areas of Real Estate and Corporate/M&A. Later, Andreas worked for the leading global technology company ABB as a legal counsel at the German headquarters in Mannheim. His practice there focused on Corporate/M&A as well as general business and commercial law.
Andreas joined ROSE & PARTNER in 2021. He heads the real estate practice at ROSE & PARTNER together with Dr. Philipp Schön (Berlin) and Dr. Jörg Kaufmann (Munich).
