Attorney Fabio Sali has been living and working in Munich for more than ten years and advises on German and Italian business law. He supports our clients in all corporate and commercial law matters, both in Germany and in Italy. His clients include internationally active corporations as well as sole proprietorships and high net worth individuals.
Over the years, Attorney Sali has developed a special passion for labor and social security law (also cross-border): in addition to drafting/negotiating bilingual employment contracts and group-related bonus agreements, Attorney Sali represents his clients in status determination proceedings and in dismissal protection proceedings.
In addition, Attorney Sali regularly advises on issues of Italian commercial landlord and tenant law and on the purchase of real estate in Italy, whether private or commercial, from the initiation of the purchase agreement to the notarization.

Attorney Sali prefers to spend his free time outdoors with his family, biking, hiking or swimming. Otherwise, you can meet him on the mountain with his racing bike, in his small workshop in the basement while maintaining a bicycle or in the kitchen between pans, cooking spoons and the smell of fresh herbs.
