I advise and represent companies and individual clients in both extrajudicial and judicial resolutions of complex commercial disputes. My practice focuses on disputes involving corporate law and real estate law.
I advise and represent shareholders, managing directors, board members, and companies in corporate law disputes—from an initial assessment of the prospects for success, through the development of the appropriate litigation strategy, to the enforcement or defense of claims in court. This includes, in particular, shareholder disputes and disputes regarding the liability of corporate officers.
In real estate law, my practice focuses on commercial lease law and real estate-related project disputes.
In addition, I regularly represent small and medium-sized businesses in commercial and sales disputes, with a particular focus on supply chain and distribution issues.

My experience as a judge, prosecutor, and attorney at a renowned international business law firm gives me a comprehensive perspective. Having handled hundreds of cases, I know what matters when assessing the facts of a case, which arguments are truly persuasive during oral arguments, and where the risks of a proceeding may lie. This enables me to provide my clients with a realistic assessment of their chances and risks at an early stage.
This assessment is the starting point for every case. After all, not every conflict belongs in court. Where settling out of court makes greater economic sense, I collaborate with my clients to develop a strategy tailored to their specific interests and goals—aiming to resolve disputes efficiently, cost-effectively, and sustainably.
Background
After studying law at the University of Passau and completing my legal clerkship in the Munich Higher Regional Court district, I began my legal career as a judge. There, I presided over and ruled on cases covering the entire spectrum of commercial law. I then served as a public prosecutor in Munich, where I led extensive investigations and criminal proceedings.
This was followed by several years as an attorney at a leading international commercial law firm. There, I advised and represented companies in numerous complex commercial law disputes—both in and out of court.
