Dr. Andrej MolchanovAttorney
Corporate, Litigation

Expertise

I advise and represent companies, shareholders, members of corporate bodies, and insolvency administrators in complex commercial disputes before state courts and arbitration tribunals. My practice focuses on corporate law (shareholder disputes, proceedings challenging the validity of resolutions, post-M&A disputes, director and officer liability/D&O), insolvency avoidance law, and general commercial law. The scope of my litigation practice ranges from the out-of-court enforcement and defense of claims, through litigation representation in every conceivable type of lawsuit, to enforcement of judgments.

Successfully enforcing legal claims in court or effectively defending against legal claims requires a thorough analysis of the facts relevant to the decision, the careful development of the legal arguments most favorable to the client, a deep understanding of the interests of the parties involved in the proceedings, and, last but not least, perseverance. As legal counsel, I support my clients in all procedural situations and develop tailored tactical solutions to successfully achieve their strategic and economic goals.

In addition, I advise on all matters of general corporate and contract law. These include, in particular, the drafting of articles of association, restructurings and conversions of medium-sized companies, as well as the preparation and conduct of shareholders’ meetings.

Career

I studied law at Ruprecht Karls University of Heidelberg (specializing in private international law and civil procedure) and at the University of Strasbourg. After completing my legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe, I earned my doctorate at Ruprecht Karls University of Heidelberg on a topic at the intersection of European civil procedure law and substantive legal remedies under German, Austrian, and French enforcement law.

After being admitted to the bar in 2019, I initially worked at Rittershaus (Mannheim) in the area of commercial and corporate law. I then moved to SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz (Mannheim), where I devoted myself entirely to litigation. My return to my hometown of Hamburg first led me to the corporate team at Möhrle Happ Luther, before I joined ROSE & PARTNER in 2026.

Personal life

As a passionate motorcyclist, I can be found riding on the country roads around Hamburg in my free time or—as time permits—planning my next tour through Europe.
