Succession Planning
Ms. Anwari is an expert in the establishment of family companies and family foundations during one's lifetime or posthumously, the creation of wills and inheritance contracts, gifts, powers of attorney, renunciations of compulsory shares, and advice on prenuptial agreements.
Inheritance Law
Ms. Anwari guides you competently through the complex matters of inheritance law and advises you on all issues before and after the occurrence of an inheritance. This includes, in particular, compulsory share rights, the settlement of inheritance communities, conflicts surrounding inheritance, advice and handling of international inheritance cases, the area of executorship, and the contestation of wills.
With many years of experience as a banking lawyer, she has a pronounced understanding of asset structures, economic interrelationships, and tax law influences. This, combined with her collaboration with tax advisors at ROSE & Partner, enables her to excellently manage complex arrangements and conflicts involving real estate assets, securities portfolios, corporate investments, and more.
Career Path
After studying law at the University of Mannheim and completing her legal clerkship, Ms. Anwari pursued a master's degree at the University of Münster in „Corporate Succession, Inheritance Law, and Assets.“
She began her professional career in 2014 at a private bank based in Frankfurt am Main and has more than six years of experience as a banking lawyer in the fields of private clients and asset management. Since 2020, Ms. Anwari has been working as an independent attorney specializing in inheritance law and asset succession. In 2023, she was certified as an executor for the German Association for Inheritance Law and Asset Succession (DVEV).

Personal Life
When not immersed in the complex world of inheritance law, Ms. Anwari finds balance primarily on the tennis court. She loves spending her free time with her son, currently preferring to romp around the playground. Another great passion of hers is traveling, exploring the world, and learning about new cultures. She has a particular fondness for the sea.
