Attorney-at-law Carmen Mielke-Vinke heads the Succession & Foundation practice area at ROSE & PARTNER's Munich office.
As an experienced specialist in tax and inheritance law, she advises both private individuals and entrepreneurs on all matters relating to succession. One focus of Carmen Mielke-Vinke's work is estate planning, in particular the drafting of tax-optimized wills, inheritance contracts, lifetime gifts as well as health care proxies and living wills. In addition, Carmen Mielke-Vinke represents the interests of her clients in the settlement of inheritance cases in inheritance disputes and is herself a certified executor.
Due to her dual qualification in the disciplines of tax law and inheritance law, Carmen Mielke-Vinke also advises her clients in the area of inheritance tax and gift tax. In this context, she typically assists both private individuals and entrepreneurs with regard to inheritance tax optimization during their lifetime and in the event of an inheritance. Furthermore, foundation and non-profit law is another focus of her work; she advises in particular on the establishment of non-profit foundations and family foundations. In addition, she has many years of experience in conducting opposition proceedings and tax court litigation.
In 2019, Carmen Mielke-Vinke was named one of the best lawyers in Germany in the field of tax law by Handelsblatt in cooperation with the US publisher Best Lawyers and is also a recommended member of the Institut für Erbrecht e.V. due to her specialization in inheritance law.
