In the field of corporate law, Dr. Kaufmann advises entrepreneurs and companies on all corporate issues. He has particular expertise in advising on the sale of companies (M&A) and private equity transactions as well as in distribution law. He is committed to accompanying the developments surrounding the digitalization of corporate law.
In real estate law, Dr. Kaufmann assists with real estate transactions and financing and deals with commercial tenancy law. In successfully advising his clients, he particularly applies his in-depth understanding of the real estate industry. Furthermore, he can draw on his experience from overseeing numerous real estate deals.
Dr. Kaufmann advises his clients in both English and Spanish. For this reason, he is often the one in charge when it comes to cross-border matters or the drafting and negotiation of contracts in English.
